What to expect:

A fun based workshop for adults who are new to ballet or want to start again. Over the course of a week-end we will get comfortable moving and dancing together. For many people the idea of ballet comes with a certain image of how one should look (often reinforced by past teachers), but here it’s a different story: we believe that the joy of dancing is for everyone! All bodies and shapes are welcome. You are invited to this nonjudgmental space, where you can come as you are, wear what makes you feel good, and meet other likeminded individuals who share the same passion for ballet.

During the workshop you will:

• Start the day with a short meditation and goals setting,
• Learn some basic movements and positions in ballet,
• Dance a short choreography created specifically for the participants (yes! even beginners can dance!)
• Have short breaks to process, ask questions and have an exchange with the other participants.
